Building Resilience Together

Mark your calendar for an important community conversation on climate resilience. On Sunday, May 31 from 2:30 to 4:30 PM, neighbors, organizers, and local leaders will gather at Da Vinci High School (1400 E. 8th St., Davis) for the Climate Ready Neighborhoods Forum.

Hosted by Cool Davis and the Davis Community Action Network, this special forum is an opportunity to come together around a shared goal: creating neighborhoods that are better prepared for the challenges of a changing climate. Whether you’re already involved in sustainability efforts or just beginning to explore how you can make a difference, this event offers a welcoming space to connect, learn, and take action.

Participants will have the chance to exchange ideas, hear from others working on resilience initiatives, and explore practical ways to strengthen community networks. From extreme heat to wildfire preparedness and resource sharing, the forum will focus on solutions that help neighborhoods stay strong and adaptable.
