Statewide Efforts

This initiative, backed by Senate Bill 129 and the California Air Resources Board (CARB), aims to make e-bikes accessible to more Californians, particularly those in underserved communities. By replacing car trips with e-bike rides, the program hopes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, ease traffic congestion, and promote a healthier lifestyle—all while supporting local businesses.

Act Fast – First Come, First Served!

With a $2 million budget set aside for 1,000 vouchers (plus an additional $1 million for 500 vouchers via community-based organizations), demand will be high and the application is estimated to close within an hour of its release. Be sure to check out ebikeincentives.org for updates and application details.
