Cool Davis will present the awards Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at a ceremony in the US Bicycling Hall of Fame followed by a brief outdoor public presentation at Wednesday Farmers Market Picnic in the Park at 6:30pm.
Our 2016 awardees were chosen for their exemplary actions or achievements in reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the areas of

- Built energy
In the spirit of the Cool Davis mission, these awardees have worked to shift our community to non-fossil fuel vehicles and modes of transportation, reduce consumption and waste related to food, water, goods, and services, or increased energy efficiency in homes or commercial buildings.
Other criteria included creating innovative solutions to real-life problems that can be replicated by others and showing commitment to ongoing, long-term effort.
Please take the time to come out specially or just pause a moment during your weekly food shopping to show these wonderful members of our community that you support their efforts!
