Journey into the Field with Ecology Film Festival
A message from Emily Longman:
Dear Eco-Socialities,
Please join us for an Ecology Film Festival on Wednesday February 1st at the Davis Veterans Memorial Center Theatre. We will be premiering twelve short 4-minute films produced by graduate students at University of California, Davis. These films were created during a science communication course taught by Professor Eric Sanford, professional filmmaker Grant Thompson, and graduate student, Emily Longman. This course was made possible with funding from the Bilinski-Bodega Marine Laboratory Fellowship. The films will take you on a journey into the field and laboratory with these students and give you a glimpse into the range of exciting ecological research done at UC Davis. The films are intended for a general audience.
