Volunteer Orientation Set for March 8 at 5:30pm

Cool Davis is hosting an orientation for volunteers this coming Tuesday evening, March 8, at 5:30pm online via Zoom.

Volunteer with Cool Davis

We will hear from new volunteers who have already begun work with us as well as others that have not yet gotten started. Whether you joined this week or have been working on a task force or advisory team for several months, please make time to attend.

Cool Davis would not exist without volunteer energy! We have exciting roles in communications, household engagement, community organizing, research, and database management, and we welcome any and all skill and participation levels. Experts and community organizers in energy, transporation, and consumption related fields are also highly encouraged to attend. Board members are also needed to get this important work in our community moving forward.

We will cover:

1. Overview of Cool Davis including the Coalition
2. Org charts to help us meet board and staff members
3. Volunteer opportunities
4. Short breakout with thoughts from volunteers who have already begun working with us
5. Confidentiality agreement esp for those working in data and research systems
