Equitable, inclusive, and measurable CAAP priorities will identify a roadmap to carbon neutrality by 2040. A panel of experts and stakeholders will discuss specific areas of greenhouse gas emissions reduction that may emerge, including transportation, building energy, consumption issues (water and waste), urban forestry and housing, to name a few.
