May Is Bike Month is a great time to practice walking or biking around your neighborhood while schools are closed. Our streets are much quieter, giving a perfect opportunity to talk to your family about street safety and teach them pedestrian skills that they will use for life.

The City of Davis is hosting a special Bike Bingo contest to celebrate May Is Bike Month. The contest is open to Davis students Kindergarten through 12th grade. Fill in your bingo cards for a chance to win weekly prizes.

Each week, a new card will focus on a specific theme. Use the card of the week to prompt different discussions. Simply cross off the items on the card as you see them or discuss them, and submit a photo of your card or send us a list as your entry into our contest.

Submit your mailing address and results for the weekly drawing by sending a photo of your card or your list to Lorretta Moore (lmoore@cityofdavis.org). Entries must be received by Sunday 11:59pm to be eligible for the drawing.
