Come out to The Davis Pedalfest on Sunday, November 3rd for an afternoon of bike movies and fun outdoor activities! Put on by The Bike Campaign, Bike Davis and The City of Davis, an exciting time is guaranteed for all.

Bike movies will play at the Veterans Memorial Center and Theater, 203 E 14th Street, Davis, from 1–5pm. See the premiere of an animation film from Hoot’s Quarters, watch “Motherload”, an inspiring documentary about cargo bikes, or take in videos on bicycling in Portland and the Netherlands produced by Streetsfilms. There will also be a documentary featuring a non-profit called Cycling Without Age, which is dedicated to getting seniors outside on special “trishaw” bicycles.

Outside of the theater at Community Park attendees can enjoy a fun zone where they can test ride an e-bike, take a ride in a trishaw, or spin their wheels on a Whymcycle. Participants can expect to hear from owners of cargo and e-bikes on how much fun they have riding. Event-goers can fix up their bikes with a mechanic, smile at a CycleChic photo booth, and challenge their friends on a skills course. The fun zone will be set up in Community Park and on part of the Davis High School parking lot, which will be blocked off for the event.
