Do you want to support and be a part of one of Davis’ most important community festivals?

The Cool Davis Foundation is appealing for sponsorship from the greater Davis community to support the Cool Davis Festival (October 13, 2012) in order to keep it free and open to everyone. As a sponsor, you are helping Davis to reduce its carbon footprint and will receive benefits, such as publicity for your organisation or company.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor:

  • Read about the sponsorship levels and benefits below and download PDF
  • Download sponsor commitment form (PDF)
  • Send the form with a check to ‘Cool Davis Foundation’ at 2736 Brentwood Place, Davis, CA 95618. Commitments must be received by Sept. 14 to be included in all benefits.
  • When we receive your form and check the Cool Davis Foundation will send you a confirmation letter.

The Cool Davis Foundation is a non-profit 501c.3. organization contributions are tax-deductible and may be sent to:Cool Davis Foundation at 2736 Brentwood Place, Davis, CA 95618.

Defender $200
Name in medium type listed on Festival poster, in newspaper ad and on festival program. Option for Festival educational booth at all levels.

Sentinel $500
Name in large type prominently listed as above and on Festival poster, welcome poster on site and Festival web page.

Guardian $1,000
Medium size company logo in prominently listed as above plus on billboard at B and Fifth Street, on Festival T-Shirts and Festival poster and recognition in social media announcements, web page with link.

Hero $2,500
Large size company logo as above.  Recognition at Festival ceremonies.

All sponsorship levels will be publicly thanked in the Davis Enterprise.

Additional Sponsorship Benefits:
In-kind contributions of labor or materials will be considered at each sponsor level. Sponsoring businesses selling “Green Products” like solar panels, low flow showerheads, LEDs, etc. may request permission to use the Cool Davis name in their promotion of these products July through December 2012.
